Virtual Tour

I believe firmly that it is vital to have a strong online presentation of your house. The only thing better than many good photos, is a Virtual Tour with dozens of good photos.

This gives potential buyers the luxury of viewing your home online as often as they like. It removes the fear that problems are in the house. It also ensures that buyers that ask for showings are not merely curious about the house, but highly interested.

For the 6% Plan I add a floor plan of the house to the Virtual Tour and show where the photos were taken from on the floor plan. Its a more interactive experience for a buyer and engages them a little more.

Wow that is a lot of photos. That will make the neighbors jealous.
