Too many realtors botch the job by having bad or no photos of our house on the Internet. The more photos you have of your house online the better. Buyers just assume your house is ugly if you dont have lots of photos.

What I Do For Photos

I take all my photos with an 8MB digital camera with a wide angled lens and a 1 Gig memory card.

Being 8MB means images are crystal clear.

Having a digital camera means I know instantly whether or not I have a good photo and dont waste time having film developed.

A wide angled lens means I get more of your house into every shot. A wide angled lens will shoot whole rooms rather than just parts of a room.

1 Gig memory card can store about 240 photos at a time. I can just keep taking and taking photos until they are right.

I then edit the photos for light balance, crop them and correct accidental camera rotation.

Plus I just happen to like taking photos.
