I have a 5% commission plan and a 6% commission plan. I’m proud to say I do more for my 5% plan that most Realtors do for a 6% plan. Everything I do for the 5% plan I do for the 6% plan, plus I upgrade a number of features.

The Basic Standard Features Any Realtor Would Do

Put your house on the Multiple Listing System.

Offer a co-broke to Buyer Agents.

Have a yard sign installed.

Have a lockbox for showings.

Have print outs of your house in a folder for showings.

Hold an Open House.

Basic newspaper advertising.

I’m not impressed yet. What else do you do?
