Buyer Representation

I offer full service Buyer Representation. Getting signed with an agent to find a home is a meaningful step towards your home buying dreams.

My fee for this is the offered co-broke to a minimum of 2.5% of the sale price of the home. The vast majority of homes on the market offer 2.5% or slightly higher as a co-broke. I will disclose unusually high or low co-brokes to the buyer without requiring prompting for it.
