Finding the house you want can be a lot easier with a little help.

You are more than welcome to search via the Property Search link through my agent web page. (CTMLS does not allow an IDX feed to individual agent websites, so thats why I have the property search through the Prudential website.) Plus you can sign up for property alerts there too.

However you can also save yourself a little time and effort by letting me do a free property search for you. I will search the Multiple Listing System for you, using the requirements you state, then email the results back to you.

The type of property (single family, multi family, condo) also note if you want or no dont want a certain style of house (eg no capes, or only colonial)

Your price range.

Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garages.

Ill pull the data from the MLS and email you the results. I can do in a few minutes what might take you a couple hours. Plus youll get a more detailed supply of information.
