Benn Rosales teaches you How to Install Wordpress in Under a Minute. Though it takes longer to read the post that that, so the claim of the post title is fairly dubious IMHO.
Frank Llosa publishes his blog in fits and starts, but whats he publishes always has a good head of foam on it. Drink up with Short Sales Are Fake Listings. It’s very insightful.
Patrick.net ponders Is it right to walk away? (from a mortgage you can’t pay) I’m not 100% of the advice, but with 134 comments as of right now it’s a barometer of sorts. Scary as hell to read if you’re a bank I guess! 
Jessica Beganski has a wonderful post up in Take Your Kids Elsewhere - South Windsor Connecticut Doesn’t Want ‘Em. Don’t skip it simply because you’re not from Connecticut though, some great points about Not In My Backyard are made.
The BIG ASS NEWS of the week was Lawrence Yun coming out of a coma and publishing what appears to be objective economic analysis. I covered it with NAR Chief Economist Admits Housing Bubble Existed.
Jay Thompson shows you what kind of home you can get for $75 Million Dollars. Though I suppose if you ever had the home, the wife would just take half of it at some point because you couldn’t control yourself with the babes in the grotto. Admittedly the house does not come equipped with grotto babes, but I assume it’s a “if you build it they will…” sort of thing. Your mileage may vary.
Comedian Gabriel Iglesias… “Hot and Fluffy”. I resisted watching this because it was 41 minutes long and I didn’t have 41 minutes. Around the 25 minute mark and I just said ah screw it I don’t care about writing a serious post today.
