Phew! A busy week on the real estate blogging realm of existence as we suddenly get an extra notch of respect.
Sunday! The LA Times kicks off a stellar week with the big article. I’ll link to my coverage, but really lots of well deserving bloggers get a mention, and plenty deserving that don’t.
The second BOOM! comes from Jay Thompson posting at NAR Wisdom on Why the NAR Needs a “Social Media Director”. The goodies are in the post and all the way deep into the comments as NAR CEO Dale Stinton shows up and generally acquits himself well.
Also I’d like to point out that Jay stole my idea. Thief! Thief! Thief! Also that I would be NAR social networking guru cheaper than Jay. Though in fairness… it would probably be better to pay a little more and have Jay anyway.
The big daddy of real estate blogs is Grow-a-Brain. Seriously now, I think Hanan Levin gets half the total hits of all real estate blogs combined. Even this very post format of the Feed Bag is heavily Grow-a-Brian influenced. Anyways, Hanan asks Now that the real estate market had slowed into a dramatic slump - some may say ‘bust’ - how do you cope? And a ton of named bloggers give their input.
My old Sock Puppet appears to be taking on a life of his own. Google Image search for the win I guess.
Hey Matador! Wanna go a round with a Belgian Blue? It links to a National Geographic YouTube video about 5 minutes long. I’d link to it here, but the frame it choose to display as the image to click on… yeah… it’s not the whole video you understand… just about 4 seconds of it. And technically speaking, no actual sex took place.
