The Feed Bag - Lights Money Theft Price Murder Sexy
November 12th, 2007 The Feed Bag
Dang, best title headline ever.
It’s new, it’s hip… under the bed lighting. Hmmm… a little too “Fast and the Furious” for my taste though.

Jim Duncan breaks down the math of the commission on a $1,000,000 listing. (That he hasn’t sold yet, until which point the whole thing is a loss.) Required Reading.
Douglas Heddings has another timely warning about Open Houses and Robberies.
Sellsius covers the story that x-NAR President Tom Stevens has just broken the two year mark on trying to get his own house sold. It breaks down into Zillow fisticuffs a bit, but I’m amused by the days on market anyway.
Oh and Tom… try a black and white headshot. And what the fluffy bunnies is with the green suit?
Tom Royce has a great reason for realtors not treating their assistants like rented dirt.
Visit Lenderama. No caption required I guess. Happy Veterans Day!
Guess why I put this piece last in the Feed Bag… :-/
…and you’ve been fed.
Every day I scan far too many blogs and writings related to real estate using the free Google Reader . The Feed Bag is simply what struck my fancy as I read. Want to follow my free RSS feed? Subscribe here

Have you used theredx.com? it’s a service that is well worth the price.
Also, I’m developing a gadget that gets work numbers for a shocking amount of people.

Re: Zillow fisticuffs
I posted public information which is different than Zillow.com’s public information on Mr. Stevens’ home(both being inaccurate, BTW) and David G insists I correct the post. So I did what zillow does when a homeowner objects to an inaccurare zestimate– I leave both sets of numbers up — let the reader decide who’s more wrong. Is that confusing? No more than 2 zestimates. Yet, David seems perfectly willing to accept 2 zestimates on a home– in service to the real estate marketplace –but not 2 different sets of inaccurate public information.
Transparency and irony.
