A day off the feed bag and wow oh wow was my RSS in box full.
Obviously todays BIG NEWS was the 0.5% drop in the Fed Rate. Coverage was all over the real estate blogs. Judo Economics– Well Done, Dr. Bernanke at The Real Estate Zebra, Ba-Ba-Ba-Benny and the Fed at Rain City Guide, ‘Hallelujah’ the Fed swoops in at CNN Money have the best summaries.
Of course the old high priest Alan Greenspan has a book dropping today and the extra publicity can’t hurt too much. How Failures from the Maestro, Alan Greenspan, Lead to the Mortgage Crisis by Joshua Dorkin at Bigger Pockets and Greenspan Thinks Housing Downturn Unavoidable As Book Comes Out… is up at The Real Estate Bloggers by Tom Royce. Just seems to me like he’s saying he didn’t have a fluffy bunnies clue what was going on since about 2005.
