…has 5 trucks in the driveway blocking out the view of the house…
… ya just might be a Redneck.
This one came from Mariana Wagner, who said;
“Here is a pic that I found while trying to run comps for a property we are about to list. Not only was this the MAIN pic, it was the ONLY pic. Have fun with it!”

“Guess-Idiots†at Zillow use outdated public records to formulate real estate valuations. They call those wild calculations - Zestimates. I thinks it’s best to use a trained professional appraiser.

OK so what is the problem here? Sometimes a homes only redeeming feature is the abundant parking! Why knock it?
I bet that photo was taken in Black Forest…yes?

No … Even better … Manitou Springs. So, yes, abundant parking would be a nice “plus” … but But BUT there is still no excuse for not making even a half-hearted attempt to capture some of the charm that this home has.
…and I am still trying to make the connection between rednecks and Zillow… What did I miss?

? = Can’t … Make … Connection … Between … Rednecks … and … Zillow. ((What am I missing?? Did Jeff Foxworthy get a new job calculating home values that I was unaware of??))
There ARE areas where abundant parking is a nice “plus” but But BUT there is no excuse for not even making a half-hearted attempt at capturing some of its CHARM - and I know there was some.

I have no idea about the Zillow connection here Mariana. The comment just seems to be random anti-zillow rage. I kept the comment in just for the pleasure of the juxtaposition of the irrational venting comment and a post about stupidity.
I’m evil like that.
