    I suspect the refrigerator staging market will be staffed primarily by teenage boys.

    Actually the best way to stage a fridge is by leaving beer in there.

    I mean no one in their right mind would move out and forget to take the beer would they?

    From refrigerator staging to floor plans buyers hate to CEO’s signaling when to sell stock - you really manage to find ‘em.

    You set the bar in some prettty thin air.

    It’s all pretty random stuff Jeff. Sometimes we get a lot, sometimes we get a little.

    Some days it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack using a snow shovel. Other days it’s like trying to find a junk yard dog when you’re wearing a suit made of meat.
