The Feed Bag

June 21st, 2007 The Feed Bag

The Real Estate net has been unusually full of bubble talk today, though all in all a bumper crop today.

Jeff Brown has a metaphor attack in One Stop Shops Just Don’t Measure Up — Pitchers Aren’t Shortstops I won’t say what it’s about, just that it’s Required Reading.

Scott Ginsberg is constantly great, but this post has a couple of great videos to watch. If you’re going to Connect, one is really worth watching. How to become the Luckiest Person You Know, Part 3 Required Reading.

Brad Inman talks about the similar aspects of Iraq and the housing bubble

Also at Inman, Glenn Roberts discusses the hidden unemployment of illegal housing construction workers in Real Estate’s Trabajadores Escondidos — the Hidden Workers

Linda Davis writes a lot of local content, otherwise I’d be linking to her more. Today she gives builders a big clue on what to build in If I were a builder in Eastern Connecticut…. I suspect it holds true in many places in America.

Pat Kitano talks about Hot Global Real Estate Funds, but that damn graph is like swallowing the chili pepper by accident in a serving of sesame chicken. Required Reading.

Morgan Brown collects the main stream media bubble spankings in Bloomberg: Run for your lives - the end is nigh!

Trevor Smith gets to stand on the soapbox and brings the point that Its not just the high commissions, its the attitude.

Mariana Wagner has some rage against the answering machine in Answer Your Dang Phone!!!

Sellsius wonders if Will Video Save the Open House? Or Kill It? If you can, always use the words Kill or Death in a title.

  …and you’ve been fed.

Every day I scan far too many blogs and writings related to real estate using the free Google Reader . The Feed Bag is simply what struck my fancy as I read. Want to follow my free RSS feed? Subscribe here.
