June 19th, 2007 The Feed Bag

A big day for the good stuff…

John Lockwood has lightning strike twice today with two great posts. Each post is great on it’s own, but read both and try and hold the essential listing paradox in your head. On one hand you have to do something to earn a commission and justify anyone using you as a realtor. Emphasis on the word paradoxA Price Reduction is Worth a Thousand Pictures and “If You List Your Home With Me, I Promise to Continue Breathing To The Best of My Ability”. Required Reading.

Morgan Brown talks about where you eat from if you label yourself as a bottom feeder in First Street Financial shuts its doors

“So these small banks have essentially pre-selected the cream of the crap in mortgage loans.”

Tony Gallegos follows up a prior Feed Bag post with Are Your ACTIVITIES Killing or Driving Your Business?  Actually Morgan and Tony’s posts make a great combo to read today. Required Reading.

Every day I scan far too many blogs and writings related to real estate using the free Google Reader . The Feed Bag is simply what struck my fancy as I read. Want to follow my free RSS feed? Subscribe here.
