Yeah, those are pretty bad. I can tell you from working in apartment management back in the day that some people do the craziest things- besides death, the worst I’ve seen was an abandoned rotweiller who pooped out all of the furniture, cabinetry, carpet, and drywall that he had eaten since his owner skipped and left him there. We found him dead in over 3′ of trash and excrement- seriously, management can be rough; poor maintenance guys!
But I agree, the MLS just scratches the surface of the goldmine of Crappy photos…

I would go ballistic if some tenant left their dog to starve to death. Cat poop is one thing, but that is really sick.
