Athol, this must be CUSTOMER SERVICE DAY!!! I posted a blog today about a customer service experience today on MY blog, and my husband (in a different office today who hadn’t read my page) blogged about the same thing on his blog!!!

Sorry to hijack your comments, but some consumers go over the top when they feel they’ve been taken advantage of.

Yeah they do sometimes go a bit far. However we always had word of mouth spreading customer disatisfaction. Now it’s word of mouse.
I’m not sure how far to take the sock puppet… business cards instead of my agent photo?
