Welcome to the March 12, 2007 edition of carnival of real estate investing.This Carnival will be simulcast here, and on the almost ready for primetime REagent in Connecticut. If back linking, please link there I appreciate it. The Carnival of Real Estate Investing is one of the more narrowly focused carnivals out there but still important. I encourage everyone to give it your support.

In keeping with my awards for the 4th Consumer Focused Carnival of Real Estate, I’m going with a Gold - Silver - Bronze system. Bronze being a good post, though perhaps better suited to another carnival. Silver being a genuinely good post and in keeping with the spirit of the carnival. Gold being a silver quality post, but with something specially worthwhile about it. I did deep six two entries. One had nothing to do about real estate and the second already appeared in this weeks Carnival of Real Estate.
